The KMEWin motorised spring testing machine fulfils the highest demands in terms of testing accuracy and the ability to evaluate all test parameters.
High-precision load cells for nominal forces from 50N to 5000N are available for selection.
The latest generation of machines features very fast force-displacement recording and enables “on-the-fly” recording and visualisation of all measuring points when loading and unloading the spring.

Software KmeWin
The modern and powerful software was developed at ESI Prüftechnik GmbH with the aim of enabling practical use. A clear software structure and large touch fields allow simple and fast operation for all applications.
The force-length values of the spring recorded in real time are displayed in the characteristic curve diagram with all preselected test parameters and target specifications. The software supports fast, uncomplicated individual testing as well as comprehensive series testing with documentation, statistics and data export.
Special evaluations can be customised.
