CSV-100/300 Series
The CSV series are very powerful Vickers hardness testing machines with two different test load ranges and a modular system with extension for quick and easy execution of a Vickers hardness test. Options for fully automatic test sequences with autofocus, motorized Z-axis and motorized X-Y table are available. The device series meets the highest standards of testing accuracy and user-friendliness. The high-quality design of all components ensures smooth operation in the test laboratory and use in production environments. Numerous accessories and modular expansion of our HmeWin-Touch testing software enable comprehensive operator support and even customer-specific solutions.

Software HmeWin-Touch
The modern and powerful software was developed at ESI Prüftechnik GmbH with the aim of enabling practical use. A clear software structure and large touch fields allow simple and fast operation for all applications. The software supports fast, uncomplicated individual testing as well as comprehensive series testing with documentation, statistics and data export.
Modular extensions provide large-area scanning functions of the test piece for easier test point positioning, autofocus for automated test sequences and the fully automatic determination of hardness depths (CHD) and other test tasks.
