The manual spring testing machine fulfils the highest demands in terms of testing accuracy and user-friendliness. The load cells are selected according to the required maximum nominal force and are mounted and aligned in the machine body with very high precision in terms of pressure plate parallelism. High-precision load cells for nominal forces from 100N to 2000N are available for selection.

Software KmeWin
The modern and powerful software was developed at ESI Prüftechnik GmbH with the aim of enabling practical use. A clear software structure and large touch fields allow simple and fast operation for all applications.
The force-length values of the spring recorded in real time are displayed in the characteristic curve diagram with all preselected test parameters and target specifications. The software supports fast, uncomplicated individual testing as well as comprehensive series testing with documentation, statistics and data export.
