The KMEAWin spring setting and testing machine is a solution platform for very fast and very precise setting, blocking and measuring tasks with subsequent multiple sorting according to any specifications. A special transport system enables it to be used for a wide range of different spring diameters. Setting, blocking and testing stations can be customised and deliver outstanding performance. The seven sorting chutes integrated directly into the machine can be freely parameterised. Alternatively, large containers can also be used for very large spring quantities. The use of separators, feeders and demagnetisers is possible. The latest generation of machines features very fast force-displacement recording and enables “on-the-fly” detection and visualisation of all measuring points when loading and unloading the spring.
