KMESWin
The KMESWin motorised spring testing machine fulfils the very highest demands in terms of testing accuracy and the ability to evaluate all test parameters.
The special feature of the testing machine is its ability to perform the spring test in the component (injector). The holding fixtures are adapted to the component and the test task.
High-precision load cells for nominal forces from 100N to 5000N are available for selection.
The latest generation of machines can be equipped with an additional, high-resolution length measuring system and a protective housing with light curtain on request. Special tasks, such as testing hydrogen injectors, can be solved with the KMESWin.

Software KmeWin
The modern and powerful software was developed at ESI Prüftechnik GmbH with the aim of enabling practical use. A clear software structure and large touch fields allow simple and fast operation for all applications.
The force-length values of the spring recorded in real time are displayed in the characteristic curve diagram with all preselected test parameters and target specifications. The software supports fast, uncomplicated individual testing as well as comprehensive series testing with documentation, statistics and data export.
