Calibration means comparing a measured value with the correct (traceable) value under specified conditions. The deviation is documented, the measurement uncertainty is calculated and the certificate certificate is issued. This method achieves maximum precision and ensures the quality of the measurements and therefore the quality of your products.
As an accredited calibration laboratory, we give you the assurance that the hardness testing machines in your company are calibrated in accordance with the applicable DIN EN ISO and ASTM standards and that the calibration certificates issued are complete and conform to the standards.
Due to the constant monitoring of our calibration laboratory by the German Accreditation Authority (DAkkS), our services always comply with the specified standards and give you security for your audit.
We calibrate your hardness testing machines independently of the manufacturer and with the highest precision.
Our experienced calibration technicians use standard-compliant and traceable measuring equipment. By verifying and, if necessary, adjusting your testing machines, we minimize malfunctions and machine downtimes, thereby maximizing your productivity.
You also receive an evaluation of the results of the accredited calibration.
As part of our calibration contract, we offer you the cost-optimized execution of calibrations according to your specifications! We monitor the deadlines and coordinate with you to ensure that your hardness and spring testers are always calibrated regularly and in compliance with standards.
